After Shanghai Fashion Week, the next biggest event in town is the Shanghai International Fashion Cultural Festival. Organized directly by the Shanghai Municipal City Government, the festival is geared towards department stores, malls, chain stores, outlet and discount stores, international fashion brands, giant retailers, promotion companies – and, of course, the fashion-loving general public.
